Eric Schiela

Eric joined The Rubenstein Company in 2001 and was a member of the senior management team that formed Rubenstein Partners.  As Chief Operating Officer, Eric is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the asset management and other activities related to the Funds’ investments, with particular focus both pre and post-acquisition on investments with extensive development, redevelopment or repositioning aspects.  He also oversees the operations of Rubenstein Partners and its affiliated operating company, including directing the planning and implementation of various strategic initiatives that drive the financial and operating performance of the firm.  Eric is a member of the Investment Committee.

Prior to joining The Rubenstein Company, Eric worked at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, received his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and earned his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Eric is a member of ULI and is a former Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
