Vice President of Development
Devon manages all aspects of development, tenant improvements and capital improvement projects undertaken by the firm. Additionally, Devon performs various asset management functions, including asset and portfolio valuation, financial analysis and dispositions.
Devon joined Rubenstein Partners in 2008 after working for a project controls consulting firm in Colorado for seven years, and then the Trammell Crow Company for six years. Devon has overseen the successful completion of over 2 million square feet of development, including: the completion of multiple educational facilities and a casino/hotel in Colorado; 120,000SF medical office building and 1,350 car parking structure for The Cleveland Clinic; a 215,000SF distribution center expansion for Dick’s Sporting Goods; over 50,000SF of interior office fit-textout work with Siemens and McKesson Automation and 250,000SF of medical office space zoning and entitlements, associated structured parking and 28 townhouses for Main Line Health in the Philadelphia suburbs.
Devon is a 1995 graduate of the University of Colorado where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management and received his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University in 2003. He is a Member of the Urban Land Institute and the Children’s Heart Foundation.
